2. Photography Services and Deposits:

• All photography services provided by LEOS.CREATION Photography are subject to a separate agreement or contract outlining the specific details of the session, including date, time, location, deliverables, and total cost.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve the photographer's time and resources.
• All deposits made to LEOS.CREATION Photography are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the commitment of our schedule and potential loss of other bookings upon confirmation of your session.
• In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained by LEOS.CREATION Photography.
• Rescheduling may be possible subject to the photographer's availability and may incur additional fees. Please refer to your individual service agreement for specific rescheduling terms.
• The remaining balance for the photography services is due as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property:

• All photographs taken by LEOS.CREATION Photography are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of LEOS.CREATION Photography unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.
• Clients are granted a personal-use license for the purchased digital images or prints, allowing them to reproduce and share the images for non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use, resale, or modification of the images is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of LEOS.CREATION Photography.

4. Website Content:

• All content on the LEOS.CREATION Photography website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of LEOS.CREATION Photography and is protected by copyright law.
