Y2KXROSES - Customer Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchases made from Y2KXROSES. By placing an order with Y2KXROSES, you agree to adhere to the following policy.

1. Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
  • Y2KXROSES is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Y2KXROSES is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.   
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

2. Returns and Refunds:

  • At Y2KXROSES, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    • Items must be free from any stains, odors, alterations, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.   
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, packing slip) is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • [Specify any non-returnable items, e.g., swimwear, lingerie, accessories due to hygiene reasons. If none, state "For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty. These will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase."]
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

    1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at [Leosproducts.co@gmail.com] or through our website's contact form within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).   
    3. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, ensuring they are adequately protected during transit. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and RA number inside the package.
    4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Y2KXROSES is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.   
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [Insert Number] business days.   
    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.   
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.   

3. Exchanges:

  • Currently, Y2KXROSES does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.   

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [Leosproducts.co@gmail.com] within 5 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.   
  • We will assess the issue and provide you with options for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
